Estates Management Team, Pullar House, Perth
To strengthen our existing Caretaking Team we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated person to join us. The role provides general maintenance and cleaning within our multi storey blocks where we have high levels of satisfaction. The individual will also provide a mobile estate caretaking service.
Hours of work will be 5 days which will include alternative Saturday and Sunday.
Current driving licence is essential for this role.
Previous caretaking or cleaning experience beneficial although not essential.
Gives a high priority to customer satisfaction.

Tries to exceed customer expectations.
Promotes a professional image of self and the housing service.
