Senior System Scheduler

 

 

 

We are seeking a Senior System Scheduler, who will report to the Service Coordinator to support the implementation of the system. You will be responsible for providing management, support and guidance to staff responsible for the updating and maintaining of electronic systems and assisting them to make decisions in relation to the deployment of frontline staff, whilst providing exceptional customer service at first point of contact for service users, families and staff. 

 

 

 

You must possess competent IT skills, have effective verbal, written, organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise your own workload; good interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

 

 

 

You will have a relevant SVQ Level 2 or professional qualification in administration or equivalent qualification. It is essential that you have proven experience of updating, managing and maintaining data through use of electronic systems.

 

 

 

You will be customer focused as part of a fast moving, challenging, continually changing environment, which ensures that all care at home provision meets the individual needs of service users by maintaining an electronic system. 

 

 

 

Full training and support will be given to ensure that you are able to maintain the service’s commitment to continuous improvement. 

 

 

 

The post is 35 hours per week, working a four-on-four off rota with a combination of early and back shifts.

 

 

 

SVQ Level 3 or professional qualification in Administration or business equivalent & SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care are desirable.
