We are looking to recruit into the role of Stakeholder Liaison Officer supporting service delivery within the Customer and Business Services (CBS), Employee Services team.
You will contribute to the delivery of service objectives by effectively supporting and managing the relationship between Employee Services, strategic partners, and stakeholders and by actively participating in the development of CBS service objectives.
You will be responsible for analysing, building, maintaining, and improving stakeholder working relationships, information systems, processes, and performance in collaboration with Employee Services management and staff.
You will be expected to be able to; manage your own workload, evaluate, and identify areas for improvements relative to stakeholder needs, monitor performance, work effectively with team leaders and be an effective contact for issues, suggestions and enquiries. Furthermore, you will be able to lead stakeholder meetings, issue communications and provide training where appropriate. You will also report on progress, statistics and KPI’s as well as supporting team leaders to implement new processes whilst maintaining and developing your knowledge of recruitment and transactional Employee Services activities.
It is essential that you have experience of; organising and chairing meetings, responding formally to stakeholders or customers, providing verbal and written reports, working effectively with other teams and services, identifying improvements or where support is required, effective decision making, demonstrating effective communication skills, taking responsibility for your actions, and remaining calm under pressure.
It is desirable that you have; developed KPI’s or service level agreements, implemented change and have a knowledge of Corporate policies and procedures.
An SVQ level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent is also desirable.
If successful, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland check, the level of check will be determined by the duties of the post.
