Work Hub Support Team Lead

 

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Officer to lead, drive and deliver the ICT system (Work Hub) and the suite of applications and mobile devices providing a high-quality, customer focused first-line support facility across multiple services used to deliver Building Services workload and finance outturns. The post will be based at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, however, this will be a hybrid working role.

 

 

You will manage, lead, drive and take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations repairs service as well as the development of Phase 2 and continuous improvement of the system. This will include regular contact with the contractor for the application.

 

 

You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and be able to work as part of a team as well as working on your own initiative with minimum supervision. You must also be able to deal with the consultants, partners, Elected Members, Senior Managers and have effective communication, reporting and IT skills.

 

 

It is essential you have significant experience of end user support in a customer facing role and within a service desk environment, Effective written and verbal communications skills, Proven numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as supervisory experience

 

 

You must possess a degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject or ability to demonstrate evidence equivalent level of knowledge/training/experience required to undertake this role.

 

 

Experience and understanding of local government, Experience of using repairs / planning/ dynamic scheduling system(s) and developing complex processes and procedures is desirable.
