Role Purpose

To work within Pensions Administration of the HR Shared Services Team.  To be responsible for providing a high quality service to all Pension Scheme members, liaising with members, former members, pensioners and employers in all matters related to the Local Government Pension Scheme.  The post will be based within the HR Shared Services Team.

Essential

HNC in relevant discipline or extended period of processing experieince in one or more functional area
Experience of working in a high volume, deadline driven customer service environment
