Essential

City and Guilds 706/2 or SVQ Food Preparation and Cooking Level 2/3 Or Demonstrate significant experience in a Food Preparation and Cooking role and must be willing to achieve an SVQ Food Preparation and Cooking Level 2 within two years of joining the Council.
