Role Purpose
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Advisor to join our Customer Advice and Support Service based at the Peebles Contact Centre. The post is full time and permanent.
Essential
• At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English.
• Commitment and ability to achieve an appropriate level of Customer Service qualification or SVQ level 2.
