Role Purpose

Looking for a role where you can make a lasting difference beyond the clinical setting? Adult Social Work Occupational Therapy offers the opportunity to work alongside people in their own homes and communities, helping them overcome barriers, maximise independence and achieve what matters most to them.

As part of a supportive team, you'll use your occupational therapy skills to assess needs, identify strengths, recommend equipment and adaptations, and develop creative solutions that enable people to live safely and independently. You'll work with adults experiencing a wide range of physical, cognitive and mental health challenges, with no two days the same.

Adult Social Work provides a unique opportunity to see the real impact of your interventions. From supporting someone to remain in their own home to helping them reconnect with their community, your work can be truly life changing. You'll build meaningful relationships, work collaboratively with families and partner agencies, and play a key role in promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing.

With flexible working, strong professional support, regular supervision and opportunities for ongoing development, Adult Social Work OT is an excellent career choice for therapists seeking autonomy, variety and the chance to make a tangible difference every day. Join us and use your skills where they matter most, empowering people to live the lives they choose.

We will consider candidates seeking up to 30 hours (flexible).
