Job Description
What is the role?
To assist the Chargehand Gardener by working as part of a team providing day to day maintenance, improvement and development of public parks, gardens, playing fields, landscape areas and other open spaces.

The Grade of this post is Grade 1 / Level 3; the hourly rate is from £11.81 to £11.96 and the annual salary is from £22,785 to £23.074. Successful candidate will be part of the Ayr Town Centre Team based out of Walker Road Operations Depot.
Annualised working pattern is as follows (will be paid 37 hours per week across the board):
Summer: Monday - Thursday 7.00am to 4.30pm; Friday 7.00am to 1.00pm
Winter: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 3.30pm; Friday 8.00am to 12 noon
