Job Description
What is the role?
To undertake duties connected with the removal of domestic, commercial and industrial refuse from all types of locations by working as part of a team to carry out waste collection. Assisting the driver in the safe manoeuvring of the vehicle on collection routes and at disposal points.
To undertake duties involving, recycling, street cleaning and other waste management operations.

The Grade of this post is Grade 1 / Level 2; the hourly rate is from £13.26 to £13.37 and the annual salary is from £25,582 to £25,794 plus a 5% non core allowance.
Please note this post is temporary for 26 weeks.
Alternate Weekly Working Pattern is as follow:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:45am - 2:00pm; Friday 5:45am - 1:30pm; Days off Saturday and Sunday.
Week 2: Tuesday and Wednesday 1:45pm - 10:00pm, Thursday 1:45pm - 9:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 6:00am - 2:15pm; Days off Monday and Friday.
Week 3: Monday 1:45pm - 10:00pm, Friday 1:15pm - 9:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pm; Days off Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
