Job Description

Are you ready to make a difference in supporting employees and managers in South Lanarkshire Council make a difference?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HR SMT and contribute to the contribute to the strategic development and direction of the Council’s HR Service. The post will lead on key strategic policies and operational implementation of HR service delivery in the area of learning, organisational development and equality and diversity.

You will work cooperatively and collaboratively with the HR SMT, the operations team and engage with Resource Senior Management Teams to progress key strategic and operational requirements. You will also be responsible for identifying key development needs which will support future operational delivery and development.
