Job Description

Housing and Technical resources are looking for a Clerical Assistant to support the implementation of the Fusion project on a fixed term basis until 31st December 2024. The successful candidate will undertake general clerical duties in accordance with procedures, ensuring standards are met and within required timescales; provide a word-processing service ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality within the office, accuracy and compliance with Council style and within the timescales and deadlines agreed and provide effective centralised supplies, catering, stationery and controlled equipment service to ensure adequate resources are available at all times.
