Job Description

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift: 5 days over 7 working a variety of shifts including:

Day shifts: 8am - 4pm/9:30am - 5:30pm

Late shifts: 2pm - 10pm/2pm - 2am

Includes evenings, weekends and Public Holidays 

Duration: Fixed term until 31st August 2023 

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Facilities Assistant to provide a range of services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities in Rutherglen Town Hall. You will be required to assist at events, to set up equipment for functions and to undertake cleaning duties.

You must be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays to meet the needs of our events schedule.

We are looking for a flexible individual with customer service experience. The post will involve working shifts in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays.

Please note applicants must be 18 years of age or older in order to comply with Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
