Job Description

Location: Carluke Leisure Centre, Carnwath Road, Carluke

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Please see attached

Duration: Fixed Term Until 19th December 2024

Please note:-This is a temporary vacancy to provide cover for a position that will be taken up by certain permanent employee in due course.

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join their team as a General Attendant based within Carluke Leisure Centre

The successful candidate will provide a quality cleaning service to our customers, maintain a healthy and safe working environment as well as working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

To carry out effectively cleaning duties as outlined in the work scheduled, to agreed timescales and standards.

To maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment for self, colleagues and customers at all times.

To be aware and adhere to Corporate (Trust) and Service (Facility) Customer Service Standards at all times.

To operate the necessary cleaning equipment including cleaning machines in accordance with the safety procedures/instructions

Awareness of and adherence to Trust customer care standards at all times
