As an Administrative Assistant you will work effectively as part of our team delivering a high quality service within our nursery setting. The successful candidate will work within a passionate and motivated team dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and provide word processing/typing service to the nursery including correspondence, reports, classroom materials, minutes, records and returns, handouts, information documents, etc. You will play an active role in maintaining child related nursery records including admissions and leavers’ records, statistics and other records required by the nursery. You will have opportunities to participate in staff development training opportunities to develop understanding of school systems and programmes.
Applicants should be explicit in detailing the required skills, experience and attributes that you are able to bring to this post. This is a 27.5hr post. This will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am -1.30pm.
