The post will provide comprehensive second tier management of a team of Community Safety Enforcement Officers and Car Park staff on a day to day basis.

Specific duties will involve managing staff and resources to respond to reports of environmental and decriminalised parking enforcement across the Council area, providing advice and guidance to officers as required.

In addition the post involves acting as a decision maker within the Parking Charge Notice appeals process and working closely with colleagues across the wider service.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, together with an ability to demonstrate our behaviours - Committed, Collaborative, Customer Focused, Leading and above all, ‘Think How’ focusing on solutions.
