Job Description

Post 1 -  Permanent    Post 2 - Fixed Term until 06/07/2025

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to work as an Admin Support Assistant in our Housing Repairs Contact Centre.

The successful candidate will work within our Customer Services Team to effectively resolve queries from the general public to maximise customer satisfaction. Often those who contact the Repairs Contact Centre may be frustrated and can present as challenging, their enquiries can be complex and cover a wide range of issues. The successful candidate will have the skills to manage and de-escalate any issues where needed and will be able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, both internal and external, to enable the best solutions for our customers.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, verbal and written skills and will be able to organise and prioritise their workload. This is a high pressure role and you will be required to manage constantly changing priorities while still ensuring that are delivering the best outcomes for those approaching our services.
