Job Description
This is a part time post and the salary will be pro-rata to the number of hours worked.
We have an opportunity within Banking & Income Control to assist and support the Cash & Bank Officer in delivering an efficient and effective service with ongoing development, securing best value that supports the strategic objectives of the Council.
This role will ensure high performance for both the customer and the service are met in by:
• Processing all income by post or transfer
• Reconciling and balancing income for input to financial ledger systems
• Imprest control and cash/bank expenditure
This role provides Income Collection Support across all Council Services using various computerised systems including Microsoft & various Financial Service systems.
Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
Responsibilities
