We have an exciting leadership opportunity within Care at Home Services in West Dunbartonshire HSCP as Team Lead (2 posts). Care at Home services includes Care at Home, community alarms, sheltered housing and a new reablement service.

This is a challenging, dynamic and exciting role and an opportunity to be part of a team committed to providing a quality service to the citizens of West Dunbartonshire by supporting service improvement and embedding quality within Health and Social Care provision.

You should have considerable post qualifying experience within one or more of the central functions of the service and registered with (or be willing to be registered with) the SSSC, and be able to demonstrate relevant experience at a Grade 7 or 8 within HSCP or other relevant community based services.
