This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of integrated health and social care services and make a real difference to the lives of local people. Working across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and West Dunbartonshire Council, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of health and community care services, leading improvement, transformation and innovation in partnership with staff, communities and stakeholders.
As one of Scotland's most established integrated partnerships, we are proud of the progress we have made and ambitious about what comes next. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, operational leadership and governance across a significant portfolio of integrated services, while supporting the continued development of the Partnership's vision for health and social care.
Working closely with senior leaders across the NHS, Local Authority and wider partner organisations, you will lead service improvement and transformation programmes, drive performance, ensure effective use of resources and support the delivery of high-quality services for our communities.
