Job Description

This is a fixed term post until 27/02/2026

The ICT Modern Apprentice will work as part of the wider ICT Infrastructure team, learning IT support tasks from the Network, Server and Security functions which will enable them to develop into an effective team member and produce evidence for their SVQ.

The Apprentice’s learning and development will then progress onto more complex tasks, enabling them to support the delivery of a high-quality customer focused Infrastructure service.

The Modern Apprentice will work towards SVQ Level 3 Digital Technology (Infrastructure) SCQF 6.

If you are aged 16-24 years (or up to age 29, if you are disabled or care experienced), resident within West Dunbartonshire, have 3 National Grade 4's (one to include English) or equivalent or any other relevant qualifications and experience and are a proactive person with an interest in ICT we would like to hear from you.
