Job Description

Post 1 - Elm Road, Dumbarton

Post 2 - Richmond Street, Clydebank

Vacancies have arisen for Waste LGV Drivers to help in the delivery of front-line services to Households and Commercial customers. You are required to carry out the duties of a large goods vehicle driver in the collection, transfer and disposal of waste/recyclates operations within the boundaries of West Dunbartonshire Council. You will be in charge of the vehicle and your crew, reporting to the Team Leader.

Applicants must have a valid Category C driving licence, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) A knowledge of health and safety.

Applicants must have proven experience of working unsupervised but capable of being a team player, as you will be working as part of a crew.
