West Dunbartonshire HSCP is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and committed Support Workers to undertake a range of duties which will provide support to children, young people and their families in line with GIRFEC principles, which puts the child at the centre of thinking, planning and action and working in partnership with families.

Successful applicants will work in partnership with colleagues from Health and Education and a key role will be the delivery of safe contact between children and their families, requiring the post holder to work collaboratively with the team around the child in assessing contact and contributing to agreed care plan objectives and outcomes.

If you have experience of working with children, young people and their families and have good people skills and a genuine interest in assisting children and families in need then apply today.

Applicants must have the ability to work to a monthly rota covering 5 days out of 7 per week between the hours of 8am and 10pm.

Driving across and out with the local authority area can be required for this role.
