Job Description

This is a part-time post the salary will be pro-rata'd to the hours worked.

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to managed the day to day operations of a Housing Operations Team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering our housing services to our local communities. Ensuring a first class response to our Tenants with daily guidance to Housing officers with sustainable outcomes.

The Team Leader will be required to work under pressure and manage their day to day workload in order to deliver positive results through effective approaches, inline with current polices, for Allocations/Rent Arrears and Estate Management which encompass the role advertised and the Housing officers they will manage.

Requirements

The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.

Responsibilities

The employment for which you are applying is excepted from the provisions of section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975.
