Business Partnerships Manager
Salary: SCP49 - £
56,951 (Pay Award Pending)

With a key focus on supporting regional social and economic growth, you will engage with businesses and other agencies and stakeholders and work with staff across the College, to generate income and externally funded training opportunities.

You will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships and projects that meet regional needs, whilst also attracting a range of income generating opportunities to support College activities.

You will analyse and interpret a wide range of labour market, economic regeneration, funding and other data sources to inform our future strategy and operational planning, and to target specific areas of opportunity and activity that meet regional economic and social development priorities.

You will strategically lead and support your team in the development and delivery of operational and business plans, ensuring performance targets are achieved. You will be responsible for managing high quality commercial, contract and project delivery functions and will foster a culture of effective partnership working.

Qualified at degree or equivalent level (SCQF level 9) you must have significant experience in leading and supporting economic/social development projects alongside a proven track record in the operational management and development of projects and staff.

You must have excellent communication skills, an innovative mindset, and the ability to build and maintain successful professional relationships at all levels.
