Business Partnerships Team Leader
Salary: DA11, £43,130 - £45,329 per annum
Base Campus is Gardyne, but will be expected to work over all 3 Campuses

We require a dynamic and experienced Business Partnerships Team Leader to join our team. This role is key to building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and organisations, facilitating collaboration, and supporting the college to achieve its strategic priorities.

Responsible for leading and managing a team of Training Needs Advisors and Skills Advisors you will provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team’s  success and will collaborate with academic departments to develop and implement training initiatives that meet the needs of local businesses and enhance student learning experiences.

Responsible for the operational management of key contracts, you will manage, monitor and report on performance, allocate resources effectively and make data driven improvements where required.

The successful post holder will have experience of people management, establishing and maintaining client relationships and business partnerships and will have a good understanding of business support.

You must have excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial approach, and the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with staff, partners and customers.
