Student Funding Team Leader
Salary: DA10, £34,155 - £37,128 per annum
Campus: Gardyne
We are currently seeking a committed, enthusiastic individual seeking personal and professional development. This person will fill the role of Student Funding Team Leader, which is an integral part of Administration Services. The responsibilities include leading and developing our Student Funding Team in all matters relating to student funding support.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge or prior experience of working with student funding policies or external agencies in matters relating to funding/benefits. Additionally, they should possess skills in working under pressure in a demanding environment where customer care and attention to detail are crucial.
Requirements for this role include being educated to HN level or above (SCQF level 7) in a relevant administrative subject area or having equivalent experience. The successful candidate must demonstrate evidence of past success in administrative functions.
Key attributes for this position include excellent organisational skills, a student-centred approach, motivation, and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. Strong written and oral communication skills, high-level ICT proficiency and a commitment to enhancing the student experience are also essential. Furthermore, maintaining consistency, integrity, and accuracy of data within college information systems to comply with external reporting requirements is vital.
