Edinburgh College is seeking to recruit an HR Assistant for a busy motivated HR team.
As a key point of contact in the department for employment queries, you will be an effective and confident communicator. You should have proficient IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word and Excel. The College uses ITrent and previous experience using that system would be an advantage although training will be provided. The role has a high volume of administration covering work relating to:
- Recruitment and selection
- Issuing contracts of employment
- Payroll administration
- Absence processing
- Casework note taking
- HR projects
- File Management
