Edinburgh College is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to take up the post of Student Records Administrator.
Review and process course applications and enrolments.
Maintain Students' Records within the College Management Information Systems to accurately reflect College activity.
- Administer an efficient recruitment and admission service for Academic Centres.
- Arrange and facilitate self-enrolment and process Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) sessions for students.
- Input, monitor and maintain data records relating to student enrolment to ensure integrity of Further Education Statistics (FES) submissions.
- Respond to enquiries and requests received via email, telephone and mail from all internal and external stakeholders.
