Salary is pro-rata to the hours worked and is subject to job evaluation.
In this role you will deliver a high level of general and specialist administrative support, whilst providing an efficient and effective service to students, academic staff and external contacts.
Working with our School of Care, Health, Science and Wellbeing, you will deliver service excellence and high standards whilst building relationships and maintaining a customer focused and confident manner at all times.
You must be educated to minimum of HNC Level or equivalent (SCQF Level 7) in a relevant subject, and have experience of dealing with a wide variety of challenging tasks, often to tight deadlines and be proficient in excel and MS Office.
Experience of planning, prioritising and organising work is essential along with experience of dealing with a wide range of customers and providing high levels of customer service.
