Reporting to the Assistant Client Manager, the Apprenticeship Officers key role is lead contact between clients and Forth Valley College for the operational delivery of Modern Apprenticeships. Ensuring candidates and their employers are provided with the services and support they require to achieve their qualification within the required frameworks. The Apprenticeship Officer will ensure that FVC is delivering against the agreed scope of delivery and provides a first class customer service.
Applicants should have experience of delivering compliant administration and learning documentation, following standard operating procedures and practice with particular attention to detail. Applicants should have in depth knowledge of work based learning qualifications, frameworks and awarding body structures. As well as excellent communication skills, they need to have the ability to make sound judgment and be responsive to critical deadlines.
