The School is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join the Finance Department, based at the Senior School in Anniesland.

This role is split between Payroll and HR Administration. Although the amount of time spent in each area can vary throughout the year, overall, it is a 75:25 split.

The job holder is responsible for processing staff salaries (payroll), dealing with payroll enquiries and preparing and processing starters, leavers and amendments to contracts of employment. Carrying out payroll calculations, managing PVG scheme records, advertising posts, arranging interviews and other undertaking tasks that fall under the payroll/HR umbrella.
