Our staff play an important role in preparing students for the world of work, so we aim to ensure they are rewarded for their efforts.
Salaries and conditions for college staff are now agreed nationally, but at NCL our salaries are competitive and we offer a range of benefits and service to staff, to ensure you have the work/life balance just right. We offer a standard working week of 35 hours, but part time, term time and flexible working options may also be available. Just some of the benefits we offer include:
