West Lothian College is looking to appoint a Faculty Administrator to support the Care, Health and Sport Faculty managers and curriculum staff in this role which is key for student success.
As well as providing a comprehensive and high-quality administrative assistance to curriculum team, there will be a specific focus on supporting student recruitment and attendance workflows, and updating relevant student learner profiles. Successful candidates will build close working relationships with other college teams, including Quality, Learner Resources, Student Support, Finance, Information Systems and the Student Association, to enable integrated solutions to support the student journey.
The ideal candidate for these roles will be qualified to SQA Higher level (SCQF Level 6) or equivalent and will have demonstrable experience consistently delivering high quality work on time and to tight timescales. Experience of working within a curriculum environment quality assurance.
Those shortlisted will be required to undertake a competency and values-based interview.
