Police Scotland is responsible for policing across the country with a workforce of over 20,000 officers and staff. Our dedicated finance team play an important role in supporting funding, which is crucial to ensuring we protect the safety of people, places and communities across Scotland.

We are currently recruiting for a wide range of job roles in our finance department. We’re looking for professionals who can support stakeholders, provide financial insight and challenge, and deliver the best value to support operational policing.

The Finance Quality Assurance Business Analysts are responsible for providing support to the Finance Quality Assurance Manager. The support will include a variety of tasks ranging from finance project support to review of internal policies, processes and controls, collation of audit responses and risk updates for the finance function and the wider organisation.

The role will involve a high degree of communication within the finance department and with the wider organisation.
