ABOUT THE JOB

Providing 3rd level support to develop, build and maintain the ICT Infrastructure to maintain business continuity and meet emerging business requirements through national and local project deployment. This role has an advanced technical role and/or a more strategic role than the Technical Services Officer role with the addition of line management where required.

ABOUT YOU

You will be educated to HND/relevant professional certification in related computing discipline

You will have proven experience of supervising a multi-discipline technical team in a large-scale environment; proven technical expertise in configuration of at least one of the following: Cisco (Unified Communications); Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, SUSE Linux (Systems); and experience of at least one of the following: network/server management tools, implementing network/server based operating systems, communications networks, server silos or network security (firewall products).

You will have experience of managing relationships with suppliers, internal and external partners; experience of leading and delivering projects using iterative methodology e.g. Prince 2; and effective management, communication, planning skills.

These full time posts are permanent and will require Management Level + Security Clearance Vetting. You will work 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
