ABOUT THE JOB

To provide 2nd line support for all ICT systems and services to customers in line with agreed service levels.

This includes the installation, repair, support and maintenance of all relevant systems and services.

ABOUT YOU

You will be educated to HNC or equivalent relevant professional certification in a related computing subject. Or, in lieu of formal qualifications candidates must have either industry recognised qualifications or relevant experience in a similar role.

You will have the ability to liaise with 3rd party software suppliers, hardware manufacturers and technical solutions.

You will have proven technical expertise in configuration, installation or implementation of one of the above technologies; experience in the use of hardware/software/network monitoring tools; and experience of developing processes and procedures for service-related technical tasks.

These full time posts are permanent and will require Management Level Vetting. You will work 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. There are two roles, one based in Edinburgh Fettes and one based in Dundee Rushton Court.
