ABOUT THE JOB
Under the direction of the P&D Governance Manager, the post holder will proactively and professionally deliver all internal administration support requirements relating to governance, planning, finance, risk, audit, business continuity, secretariat and communications functions on behalf of the People and Development function. To provide supervisory management of the P&D Governance Assistant(s).
ABOUT YOU
You will be educated to HNC level
Experience organising meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, recording and implementing decisions.
Experience of administration in a business management / governance related role, preferable in a public sector environment
This full time post is temporary for 12 months and requires Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
