The purpose of this role is to support Police Scotland’s Transformation Portfolio by providing comprehensive PMO analysis throughout the end to end lifecycle of project delivery which enables the Serving a Changing Scotland Strategy. Undertake PMO Analyst responsibilities such as exception reporting, supporting compliance and monitoring progress of the Transformation Portfolio, including portfolio variation management. The analysis undertaken will be used to provide the Executive and Senior Management the information to enable key decision making in regards to the portfolio which are aligned to the strategies and strategic objectives. This role will be matrix managed by PMO Manager, Benefits Reporting Lead and Planning lead depending on activity being undertaken. Support and encourage and environment of Continuous Improvement
