ABOUT THE JOB

Providing 3rd level support to develop, build and maintain the ICT Infrastructure to maintain business continuity and meet emerging business requirements through national and local project deployment.


ABOUT YOU

You will be educated to HNC level in a computing or infrastructure or electronics discipline. Or, where no formal qualifications exist, have relevant experience.


You will have excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills; strong prioritisation and organisational skills, customer focused; proven skills related to team-working; and proven skills related to working with customers to elicit and define requirement specifications.


You will have the ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision; to work under pressure as part of a team; to work to tight deadlines; be capable of communicating and interacting with both Technical and non-Technical audiences; and have experience of managing internal/external stakeholders.


This full time post is temporary for 18 months and will require Management Level Vetting.You will work 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. The base location for this role is flexible across Scotland.
