Temporary to 31st March 2025 / Secondment Opportunity

Full Time 35 hours per week

Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm Hybrid Working

£22,136 - £24,382

The Association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work in our Customer Service Centre, dealing with day to day customer telephone enquiries in relation to the associations services.

The successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 3 Standard grades or equivalent and to be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages. The ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.

The post-holder will have regular contact with customers, staff and contractors by telephone therefore organisational, administrative and communication skills are necessary.

This post can be based in any of our offices within the Argyll & Bute area, and is suitable for candidates who may also wish to consider hybrid working.
