Salary: £35,146.00 to £43,814.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Hours of Work: 35 per week, Monday to Friday.

Role Overview:

The Property Management (Factoring) Officer role is multifaceted and dynamic, requiring adept management of competing demands and complex issues. You will engage with a diverse customer base, striving to enhance communication and foster strong relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing a portfolio of factored developments and engaging directly with customers, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering service improvements. While providing frontline services to resolve a variety of enquiries and complex issues. Coordinating common repairs, including consultations, owner updates, accurate invoicing and contributing towards debt recovery initiatives.

Working closely across our group to ensure service delivery, meeting deadlines, to drive continuous improvement. Engaging with customers and stakeholders through e-newsletters and owner meetings to improve relations to meet service delivery requirements and manage expectations.

About You

You will have previous experience in a property management environment with a high standard of education and thrive in a team setting. Have excellent time management, communication, numeracy and organisational skills. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with others across our group. Relevant experience of providing a frontline service to a range of customers is essential for this role. Ideally with experience of property management, handling complex customer enquiries and arrears recovery. Ability to manage your own workload, able to respond to changing priorities to meet our service goals and deadlines. A team player, able to build good relationships, ensuring effective communication and improve working practices across departments. A good level of understanding of Housing and/or Factoring legislation, experience of using MS Office, and be able to accurately use records management IT systems.
