Learning Development and Innovation Lead

CJS are recruiting for an experienced Learning, Development and Innovation Lead (LDI), to work alongside a team of colleagues committed to changing the conversation about justice. We believe that smart justice based on the best evidence of what works will prevent offending, repair lives and improve communities. We want Scotland to be the safest country in the world. The LDI role is a key role in our successful delivery by the creating, curating, delivering and evaluating world class learning products.
