We’re looking for a Wellbeing Advisor to join our team on permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role, so we are flexible on location. You will have the option to work both from home and your local FLS office. Travel to our Edinburgh and Inverness office will be expected occasionally.

As Wellbeing Advisor, you’ll be an important member of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team as well as the wider People Team. Our People Strategy focuses on addressing the root causes of workplace mental ill health, optimising support services and improve awareness, attitudes, and behaviours. You’ll play a key role in leading the development and delivery of strategic initiatives to help deliver those aims. Working collaboratively with the wider People Team and colleagues across FLS, you’ll have a key role in integrating good mental and physical health across all our work.

To be successful, you’ll have knowledge of mental/physical health and diversity and inclusion to create a supportive culture within the organisation. You’ll also have experience of working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels. Previous experience in supporting cultural change within organisations, would be advantageous although not essential.
