The Role

What you will do

You will provide high quality administrative support to enable GTC Scotland to deliver effective and efficient service aligned with our policy and procedures.

What you will need to be successful

  • You have experience of working in a secretarial or administrative role where you had effective interactions with colleagues and customers or service users.
  • You are an excellent organiser with great attention to detail.
  • You have great communication skills, good quality written skills and are committed to team working.
  • You have qualifications at Higher level (SCQF level 6) including English, or equivalent vocational or work-based training.
  • You hold a relevant secretarial/business administration qualification.

Working Hours / Pattern
