Position Type: Permanent, Full Time (36.25 hours per week) or Part Time also available.

Salary etc: £36,437 - £45,730 p.a. depending on experience plus Essential Car User allowance, Valuable Pension Scheme & Flexible/Home Working. Relocation package up to £6,480. Annual Leave 35 days (incl. public holidays) rising to 39 days after 5 years’ service.

Work collaboratively to meet statutory duties, engaging in a diverse range of non-domestic and domestic property valuations. Effective communication with colleagues, external agencies, and the public will be a crucial aspect of your role, contributing to a comprehensive and rewarding experience. Enhance your RICS membership through maintaining CPD records and supervising trainee valuers.

Whilst remote working is an option, a relocation package of up to £6,480 is available to assist you if you wish to move to the attractive and vibrant Grampian locality to take up your role.

If you take a locally based position you will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations to meet the operational requirements of the Service. Due to the rural nature of Grampian this is normally undertaken by use of a car.
