Personal Assistant - Job ID ELGCA0226

Looking for a personal assistant to support a young energetic 9-year-old boy. Must have experience and knowledge of ADHD, Autism and learning disabilities. The PA must be alert of surroundings when out in the community. The young boy has limited speech although he shows interest in musical instruments, swimming, nature walks, parks (swings), enjoys soft play and works well with technology.

 Duties will include :

 To support out and about in the community.

Provide structure and help maintain routine.

Support to build confidence, independence and prevent social isolation.

Provide emotional support.

Support to maintain and promote healthy meal choices.

Hours: 2 hours (include evenings or weekends) 1 x weekend per month must be a registered childminder for overnight stays (Friday 3.30pm - Sunday 3.30pm includes 2 x overnight Fri/Sat)

Pay rate: £16.88 per hour plus £107.60 o/n
