The Employer is the Mother of the young gentleman that requires support.

Job Title: Part time, Personal Assistant
Location of Job: Keith
Term: Permanent, subject to a three-month trial period
Working Hours: 8 hours per week over 4 days (times to be arranged).
Assistants also required to provide cover for other team members due to holidays and sickness. Must be flexible. Working hours to be discussed and agreed with the employer.
- Rate of Pay
£13.45 per hour
- Job Purpose and Way of Working
The aim of the job is to provide assistance to a young man by supporting to learn life skills, independent living and build peer relationships. Activities may include, dog walking, board games and visiting cafes.
Personal Assistants will be directed by and accountable to the employer. It is necessary to ask the employer what the support needs are, observing her directions and requests. It is also necessary to respect the family privacy and to always maintain confidentiality.

Applicants must be reliable, trustworthy and punctual and must be able to work with the lady on a one-to-one basis, also be able to work as part of a team
