As a wellbeing support worker, you will be responsible for facilitating wellbeing groups and services to aid the wellbeing of service users and, through trauma informed practice, you will introduce tools to develop coping skills and to live manageable lives. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring and updating person-centred wellbeing plans with the service users and will be required to encourage women to engage in these services.
Please note: this post involves work in a single sex service so there is a genuine occupational requirement to ensure that we recruit a female wellbeing support worker and therefore, this post is only open to women (exempt under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010).
