Oracle Support Analyst - HCM

We are recruiting an Oracle Support Analyst to join the People and Organisational Development team.

The Oracle Support Analyst will provide support services to the cloud instance of Oracle Fusion. They will provide system administration, maintenance, business intelligence, reporting and second line helpdesk support. A major part of this role is to deliver system developments and enhancements. The Oracle Support Analyst will also provide training and guidance on quarterly update changes to users within People and Organisational Development.

This post primarily supports the following modules: Core Human Resources, Self Service Human Resources, Recruitment, Learning, Benefits & Pensions, Payroll and Reports & Analytics. Although the role will be to support Oracle Fusion HCM, candidates with relevant experience of other HR systems will be considered.
